Chad's blend of skillsets from the first 14 years of his early career in high end construction & architectural millwork and the last 13 years of his career as a case manager and owner of Seniors In Place, LLC. creates an incredible platform to help people in a very meaningful way. His deep knowledge of how to solve the needs of his clients now and plan for future needs will help your family understand what to expect so you can plan for it. Then he will modify your home to meet those specific challenges and needs. Everyone has different medical challenges and different living environments that make this a very specialized field. After caring for his terminally ill mother for 7 years, leaving the construction industry and finding a life of purpose helping the senior community deal with the things his family had just personally gone through lead to a life of true meaning. Chad says "to be able to follow my passion as a builder and still be able to help the entire Senior and special needs community is a true gift."
Chad is also the proud father of identical twins sons who just graduated High school with honors and have started College this year and an incredible daughter who is a High School senior, class of 2021. Chad lives with his two sons, daughter, wife and Henry the pup.
